Which is best for my photos?

Mounting Options

A variety of backing options to add rigidity and support to prints being displayed or framed.

Standard Mount Board
The best and most economical option for prints being framed. Mount board is meant to prevent framed prints from becoming wavy due to heat and humidity combined with the weight of the paper. Standard mount board is fiber-based and therefore it will warp in heat and humidity if NOT supported in a frame.
Gator Foam
Gator foam is an ideal mounting choice for small unframed prints or prints larger than 16x20, as its rigid polystyrene foam core prevents warping. Its ⅜” lightweight foam structure with polycoated Kraft paper facing is suitable for displaying on easels, direct wall hanging, or framing.
Styrene
A rigid, plastic mount resistant to changes in humidity and damage to corners. Styrene mounts are available in either black or white, with a thickness of .080 inches(2mm).
Stand Out Mounts
A ¾” thick, dense Gatorfoam, encased with a high-quality black or white finish. Standouts featured pre-drilled holes in the back for flush wall mounting, with larger sizes featuring additional clips for hanging.
