- Files are reviewed before printing. Color shifts inherent to dye-sublimation printing are corrected against AdobeRGB 1998 reference.
- Each image is printed onto a transfer sheet and adhered to a pre-cut aluminum panel.
- Heat and pressure convert the inks into a gaseous state and integrate them into the aluminum coating. The image becomes part of the surface, not a layer on top.
- Turnaround is 7-10 business days from artwork approval.
